Privacy policy
This page explains in plain language what data Examaker ([Provider name]) collects, why, and how it is protected.
1. Whose data
- Visitors to examaker.uz and people who fill in the "Request a demo" form. Examaker is the operator of this data.
- Learning centers and their users (director, staff, teachers, students, parents). The learning center owns and operates this data. Examaker processes it on the center's instructions and only to provide the service (Public offer, section 8).
2. What data is collected
- Demo request: name, phone number, learning center name, city, number of students and a comment. It is sent only after you tick the consent box.
- Visit statistics: IP address and browser details are not stored: a one-way code (hash) that changes every day is made from them, and only the number of visits per day is counted.
- Platform users: data entered by the center (name, login, phone, groups, attendance, grades, payments, etc.) and the security log: sign-in time, IP address and device type.
- Biometric (face, fingerprint, voice) and genetic data is not collected.
3. What it is used for
- Contacting you about a demo request and preparing an offer.
- Running the Platform: sign-in, teaching, reports, notifications.
- Security: stopping password guessing and detecting suspicious sign-ins.
Data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not shared with third parties (except as required by law).
4. Cookies and browser storage
- Session cookie — to remember that you are signed in and to protect against forged requests (CSRF).
- examaker-lang — your chosen language.
- Browser storage (localStorage) keeps only your light/dark theme choice.
No advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics are used. Styling files (Bootstrap) are loaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net, which technically sees your IP address.
5. Where and how long it is stored
- The server is in a data center in Germany (European Union). Germany is on the list of countries that provide adequate protection of personal data, so storing data there complies with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
- A backup is made every day. It is encrypted with AES-256 and kept in a private backup channel outside the server; only Examaker has the encryption key.
- Demo requests are kept for no more than 2 years after contact ends. A notice about each new request is sent to Examaker staff via a Telegram bot.
- Center data is kept while the agreement is in force and for 30 days after termination.
6. Security measures
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are never stored in plain text (bcrypt).
- Each center's data is isolated: one center cannot see another's data. Inside a center, everyone sees only what their role needs.
- After several wrong passwords an account is temporarily locked; attacks and failures are monitored.
- If a data security breach occurs, the center is notified within 24 hours.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you is stored, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. If you are a student or employee of a center, contact your center first; for demo requests, write to us directly. We reply within 10 working days.
8. Children's data
Some students may be minors. The learning center is responsible for obtaining the consent of parents or legal guardians before entering their data into the Platform.
9. Changes
When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page with its date.
