Pricing questions

Who counts as an active student?
A student who studied in at least one group (not paused) during the month. Students who left, graduated or are archived do not count. A student in several groups counts once.
What if we exceed the plan limit?
Nothing stops and nothing is blocked. The matching plan applies from the next month, with no extra charge for the current month.
How do we pay?
Under the public offer, by bank transfer. We issue an invoice every month. Paying yearly in advance costs less.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The demo and trial period are free. Data entered during the trial is kept.
Is there a separate fee for setup and training?
No. Setting up the system and training your staff are free.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no long-term commitment. If you cancel, you can take a copy of your data with you.
Is our data safe?
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, an encrypted backup is made every day and the server is in Germany (EU). Each center's data is isolated. Details: Privacy policy.
